Do you have a form to do this or know how I can do this? I am HTML light so need a simple solution.
A form to password protect preview images. The user would imput a given password then click on a button to bring up a popup image on my web site.

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.
You can accomplish that through JotForm’s Conditional Logic. Just click "Conditions" from the "Setup & Embed" tab and select "Show/Hide form field". First create a header containing View image and make a condition for it to be shown once a correct password is given. Or you can just insert an image to your form and make a condition same as stated earlier, if a user types the correct password, the image field will appear.
I've attached here a link to the sample form I've made. Feel free to clone it for your reference. Note that the password is “password”.
Hope this helps. If you have any other issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.
