We have just launched your service for the evaluation. I've been facing a problem while the translation work from English to Japanese. It is a kind of technical error which it has not been resolved yet so that I need your help in this regard.
I have listed the URL of the form I've been working as follows. It can be shown the default page in Japanese and be switched in English so that you can understand what I'm going to let you know the matter.
The error is happened in any fields which made of "Text" which is HTML. It would be each one of the fields from #1 to #10 in "the Special Event Information Select any describe if it is Applicable" in the form. For instance, I had saved the translation work from #1 to #3 and had viewed only the result of the latest work such as #3. The other works had not been shown the result such as both #1 and #2. It seems be shown one result only and the others is deleted automatically or something like that. I have attempted to do the same several time but failed to the same all the time.
It never happened when any fields which made of "heading", "Text box" and "Text Area" and so on. The error has just happened in any fields which made of "Text" which is HTML.
The prompt reply would be very appreciated.

I understand that you are facing an issue in using Jotform.
I have checked the above mentioned link which contains 10 different fields under "Special Event Information". I see that you are unable to view all the values entered in the form. Please let us know if you are checking the result in the backend of the Jotform, also please elaborate the details of "translation work" mentioned above, so that we can assist you in a better manner.

Can you please give us few more details?
Are you referring to the fact that the questions #1 - #10 do not get translated when you switch the language?
If so, please follow these steps:
1. Open the mentioned form and go to Languages
Now we want to update the Japanese for the English text that was added on the form like this:
Now you might get an error so for now just click on ignore (although you will need to fill out translations for all fields for everything to function properly)
The form will update immediately for you so click on Preview to see it in action. With the example I made I got this:

Now since you say that it seems to be deleting the entries for you, if you can give me the translations of each segment I will be more than happy to try and enter them for you and see what happens. If there is an error I would then notify the developers and if we manage to get it working properly for you you can just clone the form back to your forms and have the translations working :)
After each change you would need to wait for your form to save the data, then preview it (I suggest opening in a new tab). Do let me know how this goes for you.

The issue has been temporarily resolved.
Let me share something about it.
I have understood that the way you instructed how to manage the translation.
However, the issue I have submitted was something different from your understandings.
The translation from English to Japanese was always failed whenever the translation was prompted to the fields which was made of "text", which is HTML only not the others.
For example, there is the three fields. The translation was saved after each one of the work was done from #1 to #3. The result was viewed only #3 which was the final work. Both #1 and #2 was not viewed. I had done some many trials but it had never succeeded.
I had decided to replace "Heading" instead of "Text" and had done the translation. The result had been viewed without fails as you can see from #1 to #9 of the Special Event Information in the same page as follows.
The translation issue which based on the filed made of "Text" which is HTML has not been resolved yet but has been resolved by the alternative way.
I appreciate your support once again.
