Big delay in receiving a submission. and squished together

hi, today there has been a big delay between submitting a form and receiving it. are you aware of the issue and/or know what's wrong?

the areas I have blacked out are someone information. Before today it wasnt all squished together.

PS. as far as i am aware, its not just this for that is affected. its all of them.

I am now also unable to fill in the name field on the form.

ignore that last bit. i fixed it. was something to do with the website.

all seems fixed.
