    Captcha field appears on reply/forward submissions?

    Hello,

    I just wanted to confirm if there was a recent update to the reply option when looking at submissions through jotform?  We use this feature a lot to keep individuals updated on their application status and have never needed to enter anything in a captcha field before to send the email, until this morning.   Please confirm, so I can update my team and we can continue sending emails as normal.

    Hi Emily,

    We are truly sorry for the interruption and we apologize for the inconveniences caused.

    You're right, this was a new implementation on the form submissions page. We have added captcha for additional security and to prevent abusive users from using our servers for sending spams. We have encountered difficulties with one of our email service provider recently but it has been resolved already. The captcha field is added to avoid this from happening again.

    Fantastic!! I just wanted to make sure before we sent emails, I didn't want it to be a bug on our end or anything of that nature.

    Hi Emily,

    It's to address abuse cases in the said feature or in our mailing system. You can still forward your submissions from the said interface. Just please make sure to have the correct codes.
