Change account username

    Hi there,

    I run an educational outreach project, which was called UP for It Club and is now called UP for Uni.

    How do I change my custom url? For example I have a form called UPforItClub/email and I want to change it to UPforUni/email

    I have a new email address: upforuni@port.ac.uk and I need jotform to communicate with me using it (i.e. lost passwords and payment notices etc.). How do we set that up?

    Custom urls have the following structure:

    http://www.jotform.com/account'sUsername/CustomFormName

    So to have your form url changed to UPforUni/email you need to change your account's username. 

    To achieve that please let us know if you want us to perform that change and if the username is free we'll do that change for you.
