Our forms are not coming in the email. But they appear in the input box on the form.
This problem started in the afternoon yesterday.
Can you help us?

I checked your account and was unable to find any forms. If you could please let us know which form you are having trouble receiving the notifications from, we will be happy to have a look.

attached is the configuration for sending email and attached is formuário that is configured to send emails.
No email JotForm arrives in our email boxes.

I checked the email address you referenced and it appears as though the emails for form ID#286873875057944756 are indeed being sent upon submission:
Is it possible they are being filtered by your email provider? Check your spam email folder to see if they may be arriving there.
If you still cannot find your emails, here is our guide on how to prevent them from being bounced:
This includes which server to have your email provider white list.
