We are a non-profit church that has just started using jotforms. We're very impressed with it so far. The only problem we're having is that people who are getting approval emails through the workflows are not seeing them because they think it is junk mail. Is there a way on the free plan to set it up so that all emails come from our own email account instead of jotform? I set up sender email, but my tests are still coming from the jotform email address.

Hello Landon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you have already set up SMTP for your forms. You'll simply need to change the Sender Emails from the respective email elements in the approval flow. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Navigate to the Approvals Builder and open the Email elements settings
Click on the Advanced tab, scroll down a bit and change it from the Sender Email's dropdown.
