Jotform is not loading properly in my website

    The template has a drop down menu which does not function 

    sometimes after refreshing the page the menu will work but normally it does not

    I checked your page in a few different web browsers and I was unable to reproduce the issue with the form collapses not loading.  It may be just slow to load the first time due to the amount of images and such that need to be loaded along with it.  This would account for it loading fully upon refreshing the page because some of the images are loaded into your cache already.  

    Every time I load the page even with a cleared browser, all the elements load without issue.  The only thing that may help with the loading would be removing any of the images if possible.

    The issue is not about loading. Even after it has fully loaded the *menus
    will not collapse * allowing you to see their content
