Prepopulate a jotform using data from a Google Spreadsheet and concatenation scripts

    The demonstration looks to be close to what we are seeking. In our case, we could have links in the Google Spreadsheet that would then launch a form that would then show some information from that row. But that form would need to be able to collect new information from the form that would then be fed back to a spreadsheet (perhaps into the same row or perhaps into a row in another sheet)

    Yes, you can pre-populate data from the spreadsheet as explained in this thread, in a jotform that may contain more fields. This new form can be integrated with Google spreadsheet that will create a new spreadsheet upon submitting with the previous and new submitted data.

    Thank you for the reply and I did some additional experimentation after my posting. I now have a working prototype that others within my company are going to review to see if it will fit their needs.
