    On this form http://form.jotform.us/form/42574300558151

at very bottom is a spread sheet. How can I change the column letters to text and also on row from numbers to test?

Instead of "A" I want Creditors as an example

    Hi,

The spreadsheet widget can unfortunately not be used in that manner. The column and row headers are pre-set and can not be changed, but there might be other ways to do this.

Can you please tell me few more details?

Are you looking to have this widget populated by others or just to show it to them instead?

If you are looking to just show them data in a spreadsheet like manner then 'Data Grid' widget would be a preferred option. You can see it here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/data_grid or you can add it to your form through Widgets menu on the left

You can see it on the right already filled out (a wizard screen will show as soon as you place it on your jotform).

Now if you are looking to be able to set headers and be able to add values in the fields I would recommend taking a look at the 'Matrix Dynamic' widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/matrix_dynamique

Do let us know if any of these would work for you or if you need any assistance with them.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
