My account was downgraded to the Free Plan

    i pay for 1000forms and just because my credit card experies you downgrade my account? are you joking with me, ao many times i need to pay????

    you think that is fair with your clients?

    put my account as before , with 1000 forms , i only use 30 or less , you o me 970 forms, i dont need to pay nothing more.

    You are subscribed to the Monthly recurring plan. You will be charged monthly even if you don't reach the 1000 submissions within a month. 

    Your account was downgraded because we are unable to charge your card. As you've mentioned, because it is expired. Unfortunately, we cannot re-instate the unconsumed number of submissions. But, I have reset your counter to zero and re-activated your account.
