Do you have a calendar reminder available?

When we send a thank you to our agents for registering for an event, we would like to have an option for them to "click here" to add this event to your calendar which will include all sorts of other information.

This way it's automatically saved on their calendar. I would like it to be universal for gmail/oulook/etc if possible.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I would like to check with you if I got right what you are trying to accomplish.

You want to have your current jotform send a link in its email notification that would allow them to add the event to their calendar.

Do let me know if this is correct.

If I was correct can you please tell us what kind of info would be located in this link and if that info would be available on the form prior to submission.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

That is correct. We would like location in this link along with the calendar, this is already listed on the form along with the date. Depending on what is available, we would add more information such as agenda & speaker bio.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

OK. Now I am not sure if there is a link that can be used to add info to calendar, especially one that would work with several different Calendars.

If you do know, do let us know.

For now my suggestion would be to include a link to your own Google Event or calendar as they should be then able to add it to their own as well.

I have found one article that should explain how to get this link you can see it here:

    https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37103?hl=en

Now if you want to give them a link to your calendar I would suggest iCal version as that works with outlook.

I also suggest taking a look at this link as well:
    https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37648?hl=en

Now to add link to your calendar after you got it all you would need is to go to the autoresponder and change the email layout to include this link.

Step 6 on this tutorial would be the one showing you panel where you can set how your email will look:
    http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Do let us know if you need any help setting it up, all we would need are your Google ICAL links.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
