I am not receveing the e-mails. I think maybe my server is blocking you server.
Could you tell me you IP so I can include it in my white list.

This guide contains the servers to whitelist and other such information to prevent email bouncing related issues:
Your notification settings appear to be correct, though when I checked our mail log I did not see any e-mails sent to "email@example.com".
Check the email address to make sure it is correct. Sometimes having the proper capitalization for the address allows for the emails to be sent as well.
If whitelisting and correcting the address do not work, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
