    Hi,

It is because FREE subscription have a max of 10 SSL submissions only per month.

You can can your usage status in your Account Status page

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    or in your profile link

Currently, your account bradhaven have already reached the max 10 SSL submissions.

The next SSL submission will reach Overlimit and will cause your jotform submissions to be temporarily disabled -- preventing anymore submissions.

You either wait for the next Month when account auto reset occurs or upgrade to higher plan to have more SSL submission limits.

For this time only, I have reset again your SSL count to zero(0) so that you can continue using your jotform. Please take note that we only do this once and cannot be done again.

Should you reach Overlimit again, you will probably need to upgrade plan then.

If you do not need SSL submissions, then you should disable the secure URL of the form.

    Thanks.
