If I delete the files from storage/uploaded via forms does that also delete the files uploaded to Google Drive or Dropbox? Are they linked at all?

When a submission is sent, the submission data and related attachments are first stored in your JotForm account.  After that a copy of the submission and the uploads are made and sent to related integration's.  Deleting the submissions from your JotForm account will not delete the copies in your drive or Dropbox account, only your JotForm account.  The files are not linked in any way other than one being a copy.
