Why hasn't my account been upgraded? I have paid

    Hi,

     

    I have an existing account with you guys and upgraded on 9th September. Now I have gotten a mail to say it's been disabled.Can you please fix this?

    Hi,

    I checked our records and you have indeed purchased a year of "Economy" level subscription.  When I did some further looking, it appears as though the subscription was not properly applied on our end.  The email was correct but for some reason the username was not properly applied.  I went ahead and updated your subscription to properly reflect your username and resent the update to your account.
