Why is Jotform's Website Content not displaying correctly?

    for the last three days when my client goes to the website to check her form responses she gets a non-HTML unworking screen like below:


    I have no problems getting to the site from my computer in the office, home, or offsite, but her and her colleague continue to have issues.

    I see the problem is that you're unable to access our website to use your jotforms.

    Usually this happens because the connection timed out and therefore the page didn't fully load.

    I've inspected your account but unfortunately I'm unable to replicate the same issue since it's appearing alright on my end.

    What I have done is cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. I would also advise that you clear your browser cache then try it again on your side to see if it will start to work. Alternatively, I would suggest trying it in incognito mode or a different browser to see if the same thing occurs.

    If that doesn't help then I would recommend that you reset your home network in case any data has bottlenecked in the connection on your end. After that try a second time and let us know.
