Google site forcing SSL submission

I got an email saying I was near the end of my limit for SSL submissions. I've never created an SSL submission form. This is my third form and I've done each the same so I'm unsure how I could have done this. Please help. I'm working on my ATS/BCS form that is embedded into a Google Sites page. The URL link does not have HTTPS in it so I'm not sure why this is happening.

The problem is that Google Sites will force the form to submit using the secure version, no matter if you did not embed it using the HTTPS method.

There is no other way around to solve this issue other than upgrading your account (as you did a couple of hours ago) or using another hosting provider.
