You are asking if we'd consider a download functionality directly on the jotform. 

Can you please clarify your question more as to what you had in mind for this?

Did you mean an option to download your files when on your form? Or?

 

Additionally, I would like to point out that you can download the files from your account when you are viewing your submissions. 

Alternatively, there is also the option of exportation when you receive a submission a copy of the submission and the file could be sent to your Google Drive or Dropbox as an example.
