    Hi,

    our website is

    www.tetonhabitat.org

We want to embed this form into a page

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/22716667399974

The problem we are having is when we embed this it shows www.tetonhabitat.org/then the url of the page but not the https

Is there a way to do this? we don't want our customers to be wary of giving us money.

the other question that I ask every year is that when the customer picks their choices of flowers the amounts are all in one cell of a spreadsheet. We would like to have that info broke out. Wondering if there is a better solution since I built this form 3 years ago.

thanks for all of your help

    Hi Laura,

If you want to use the secure(https) URL of jotform, then follow this user guide

    https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Please take note -- using the secure URL of JotForm will NOT make your own website become secure or use https URL. That is not possible.

If you want your website/domain to use SSL certificate or become https, then you need to acquire that from your website/domain hosting service provider.

I can see at this time that your website   do not have SSL certificate

As is now, you can still use the secure(https) URL of JotForm even though your website is not.

Hope this clarify the matter. Inform us if you need more assistance.

    Thanks!

so If I embed it the form is not secure but if I redirect it to you it is?

Do I still need to buy a ssl certificate?

If you embed the form using https (https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/22716667399974) then it will use the SSL certificate. Take note that you are only using link/URL, so it actually is always hosted in JotForm.

If you meant for our your website/domain use -- I believe it is. I am not sure if there are free SSL certificate or provider that provide such free service.

BUT if you meant the SSL in JotForm, then not really... you can use SSL in your form without paying anymore for it, since you are already a paid subscriber.

You can see more details about the features available in the JotForm Pricing page.

    Thanks.
