    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Canceling your account is possible. You can do it yourself. . Doing it is easy! Let me walk you through it:

    • First, log in to the Jotform account you want to cancel your subscription.
    • Hover your cursor on your avatar at the top right corner of your screen and click Settings.1660163667 62f416537d66e Screenshot 10

    • Select the Starter (Free) Plan.

    • A pop-up window will provide additional information about the downgrade. Follow the instructions to proceed with canceling your plan or switching back to the “Free” account.
