Is there a way to access individual address sub-fields within JotForm and Zapier Xero integration

    Hi.

    I have been trying to use Zapier to create a Contact in Xero from details entered in Jotform. The Zap needs me to map individual address fields from Jotform to individual address fields in Xero.  Unfortunately, Zapier only lets me map the single Quick Tool Address field from my form, not the sub-fields.  This forces me to match a whole address in Jotform tp Address Line 1 in Xero.

    So, I thought a good workaround would be to create some hidden fields on my form, eg. Add1, Add2, ZIP, Country etc and use Jotform's conditional logic (Update Form Field Value) to load these hidden fields from each sub-field of the Quick Tool Address field. I thought I'd then be able to map those hidden fields to the individual address fields in Xero.

    However, in Jotform's Conditions Wizard there doesn't seem to be a way to refer to the sub-fields of the QuickTools Address field, so I am unable to load the hidden fields the way I expected, e.g. like this:

    HiddenAdd1 = QuickToolsAddress.Address Line 1

    HiddenAdd2 = QuickToolsAddress.Address Line 2

    HiddenZIP = QuickToolsAddress.ZIP

     

    Here's the Zapier mapping, which shows where I'd like to be able to match the individual sub-fields of address and name, rather than the whole field.

    My question also applies to the name field. I have a combined name field, which works well with the Campaign Monitor integration (it wants a single field with the contact's full name in), but Zapier wants a separate first name and last name.

    Hi,

    I was able to see what you meant on the field mapping limitation when using the compound field like Full Address field when setting the configuration of JotForm to Zapier Xero.

    It seems there is no procedure available to break-down the Full address field into multiple sub-fields during the integration process.

    So, the only option available is to not use the Full Address field from Quick tools if you need to mapped separate address details in the integration.

    Use instead individual Textboxes for the address fields. When you do this you can then easily mapped each address field to the Zapier available fields.
