Jotform submissions with required fields empty

on the same submissions, the applications were submitted with required fields left blank.

Please let us know the form URL and the webpage where it is currently embedded so we can check. Sometimes, a conflict would prevent the field validation from working so we need to check it to your website.

Also, please let us know that fields are left empty by the submitters, maybe the majority of it.
