Can you please clarify that what you wanted to do is to use iframe code embed for the Feebdback form?
Please understand that there is a separate embed code for Iframe embed code and script embed code.
If what you are after is to make the form responsive even when using Iframe, then the custom CSS injected code will probably take care of that.
Kindly inform us if you need further assistance.

Well you do not have to convert the embed script. You need to simply open the form in editor and grab the iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
