Why are the number of submissions different from the number of submissions in the counter?

Okay so you mean you've viewed your submissions for your form but the count showing in your My Forms is displayed differently?

We can fix this for you.

Can you please tell us which form this is happening on?

    Thanks for your quick response.

When I exported the submissions as a .csv file there were more than the actual counter on the form was showing. The forms are disabled now because I don't need them any more. However, I do want to know why this happens and I was wondering if I did something wrong.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

Please tell us also which of your form you encountered this discrepancy so that we can check it thoroughly.

From what I know so far, I can reproduce that similar discrepancy by changing the Date Range option in the jotform Submission Viewer.

If you set a Custom Timeframe on the viewer, the submissions that you can see on the grid will not display all the actual total numbers of submissions.

So, if you download the CSV submission -- the row/submission count on the downloaded file can be higher than what you can see in the submission viewer.

If your form also have Incomplete Payments submissions you will not be able to include these submissions in the CSV download.

Hope this help. Please inform us if there are still issue.

    Thanks.
