The auto-responder emails are going to spam. How i can resolve it? Thanks

Thank you for your message. This issue is actually quite common even for other websites and applications. The problem here lies on the different email providers that your clients use, and we do not have control over how they would want to implement security measures in their mail servers.
The best way to address this is to educate your users to check also their spam and junk mail folders for email notifications from your form. Another smart thing to do is to coordinate with the email providers to whitelist jotform.com domain (and all associated IP addresses) from their mail servers. We will need your help in determining which email providers are flagging jotform.com mails as spam so that we can request them to allow jotform.com in their servers.
