First Name and Last Name doesn't appear in email notification

    the field First Name and Surname does not appear in the data with the email notification, why is this?  It does not appear in the excel report either, so I have to guess the name from the email address.

    I see that you are using First Name and Last Name separately on the email notification. Since we have used Full Name field in the form, the firstname and lastname field will not be recognized resulting blanks for these fields in the email.

    I've changed this FirstName and LastName to Full Name in the email notification. You should be now receiving the complete name.
