    After creating my form...I tried opening it but I was told that form not found...this form is disabled

    After creating my form...I tried opening it but I was told that form not found...this form is disabled

    After creating my form and doing all the required email settings, I tried testing my form but I was told that my form hasd been disabled. What could be the problem and how do I go about correcting this problem?

    After creating my form, is there any other thing I have to do before it can start working properly?

    This is this form below;

    Please I also want you to explain the embeded form part for me.

    I need your prompt answer.

    Thanks.

    That is the problem i am having now. Embedding? How do i do that now? My website is under maintenance so at present i do not have any website. Must every form be embedded? I do not know how to do that. All i know how to do is to create the form. After creating the form what should i do next? I want you to explain the word embed to me as I do not know how to do that. I want to be sending the form link to my clients through email and it is legitimate.

    I am having problem with creating form. After designing the form, what are the steps i should take to ensure that everything works fine? After adding an email and setting my conditions, what shoud i do next? Why is my form reading form disabled.

    Hi matt311,

    May we ask for the website URL where your form is currently embedded? It appears that your form is trying to obtain passwords from unsuspecting users. Kindly provide justification why you should ask for passwords even if JotForm does not have account verification functions at this time.

    We'll await your response so that we can further assist you.

    Hi Matt,

    Your account was automatically suspended by our anti-phishing system due to suspicions of phishing. As you may not know, forms that are used for victimizing other people often take the appearance of a log in form.

    May we know what your intended purpose for this form is? How are you going to make the log in work?

    Unless we receive a clear and adequate explanation from you, your account will remain suspended.
