Disable Require Login For Approver Not Working

Form: PGT Storefront Access Request

On the Approval Workflow for this form, I have unchecked the box for Require Login For Approver, but it is still requiring the approvers to log in. How to fix?

To troubleshoot further, could you please remove the approval element and add it again? Make sure that the Reguire Log in for Approval is disabled.
