We have many forms. This morning when I open Jotform, while we usually have many forms listed, there are none. And when I click on 'my forms', it says I have no folders. I need access to submissions!

I have just looked into your account and you have over 50 jotforms in it. Please log out and log back in and check if the you can see them or not.
If you can not see them I would suggest:
1. logging out again
2. cleaning your browser cache and active logins (CTRL+SHIFT+DEL)
3. log in to your jotform account
Do let us know if you are able to see them now and if the above was able to resolve your issues if you were still not able to see it.
