Our payment submissions are showing up as incomplete (so we are showing 0 submissions and then 12+ incomplete ones) but when we check our Pay Pal account - the payments have been processed.
Why are they showing up as incomplete on our Jot Form report which means we will need to hand reconcile them by comparing Pay Pal to Jot Form.

Completing the payments will also complete the submissions. This will place the submission details in your JotForm account and send all related notifications as if the submission was complete from the start.
