Can I add a condition that ends survey if certain answers are provided

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, this should be possible.  Just have a conditionally show submit button or a page break that is hidden until the certain answers are filled.  Here is a quick example form to show you what I mean:

Entering "finish" in the text box without the quotes will show the submit button.  Though there is no way to automatically submit the form, this will allow your form to be completed as soon as the information you require is entered.
