Corrupted JotForm Autoresponder Email

Hi There,

How can I import the comleted form into the auto responder email alert?

My other forms automatically have a copy of the form that the person completed. It gets emailed to them as part of the auto responder. How can I put that in myself? I cannot find it??

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

Do you also want to receive a copy of the submission email when the form is submitted? You can just add a notification email alert in your form which will send you an email with all the form fields. If you need to change the email address on which you want to receive submission emails, you will have to actually change the "Recipient Email" address of your email alert. Hi thank you but yes, I meant something different.
When the “autoresponder” goes out to the person who has filled in the form, they want a copy of the form and the fields they have filled in. (see PIC 1) other forms we have seemed to have automatically formatted this for me.
What is happening, is that the info that is going out to the client is show (see PIC 2)
I am wanting the information on this form to look like Pic 1, not Pic 2 and I need your help.
Does this make it easier?

There is a little issue with the form Autoresponder email template.

In order to fix this:

1) Delete your current Autoresponder.

2) Add a fresh Autoresponder.
