problems with html content

    Hi

    I'am having problems with html content. It doesn't appear in email notification.

    In preview mode it appears ok. Html content has a table that is a textarea, where my client will fill. What I want is receive that textarea filled in my email, but it's not working. I'am doing something wrong?

    I've tried checking your form and I haven't seen any table even in preview mode. If you could provide us additional details that might help us look into your issue deeper, such as screenshots, it will be much appreciated.

    Sorry, you can´t ckeck the form. After all, I clear the form and I forget I have sent to you.
    Meanwhile, I made it one once again and there is the same problem. In notification email, I can´t receive the html table textarea filled.

    Hi Alexandre,

    The reason you're not receiving the information filled is because the fields are in a custom HTML. Form fields inside a Free Text (HTML) area cannot be saved onto the form. You would need to use the form's tools such as text box, drop down, and text area among others.
