How can I add single use coupons to my payment form

Our store is going to run a promotion soon that will include a coupon with a coupon code that can be entered for a discount. Is there a way to make sure that no one uses the same coupon code twice? We will have a spreadsheet that lists the name and coupon code...but how can we keep track of who has redeemed their coupon online? Obviously, we can manually cross coupons off the list, but we're trying to avoid that scenario!

Essentially, people will be able to order a produce box for $25, or order one for $15 as long as they enter the coupon code. So the other question is this: is there a way to pre-enter the coupon codes so that we can make sure that the codes entered are not fake?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

When setting up the coupon there is an option to limit the number of uses:

This should allow you to limit each coupon code to as many uses as you would like.

Let us know if this is not what you were looking for and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
