Why the forms i create are automatically disabled?

I can`t create any form and use ir because when i create one form, and i try ir only with a text box it says that is disabled, why? what can i do to make usable forms? Thanks very much.

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
