I could not logon to my JotForm account

    tried to logon and got message stating that account blocked due to violation. would appreciate info on this

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The phishing filter have wrongly suspended your account and forms. I manually checked and did not find any issue with your account/form.

    I have now reinstated your account. You may now continue using our service.
