Limits of my account

    Good afternoon.

    i received a email telling that i have currently reached the limits of your account.

    What limits? I erased the fotos that was coming.

    My account is leosoares@gmail.com

    Hi leosoares,

    I have checked your account in our member database and found out that you have close to 150 submissions already in your basic account. note that you are only allowed up to a hundred for this type of account, and even if you delete your older submissions and files, it will not change the number of submissions you have spent. Your account will only be unsuspended if you either upgrade your account to a Premium or Professional plan or if you wait for the 1st day of the following month wherein your submissions count will be back to zero.
