Why is my form not sending confirmation e-mails to me?

    Hi Jotform!


    Once my form has been submitted by a user, the email that should be sent to me is not coming through?

    You said that you are having a problem with not receiving the email notifications.

    I checked your email notification and it looks okay. I had also inspected your form but you aren't listed in our bouncelist. 

    rae@ukxxxxxxxxxxx.com is NOT in the bounce list

    Additionally, when checking your Email History it showed that we are sending emails to you.

    I would suggest referring to this guide which can help. Also be sure to check your spam folder, and last but not least you will most likely need to have your email host Whitelist JotForm.
