JotForm Subscription with PayPal keeps failing

    Hi,

I am not sure why, but the paypal billing hasn't worked for me.  I have several other subscriptions with other websites and my paypal works fine, but it keeps getting kicked back with JotForm.

Is this an issue with anyone else?  Is there another way to pay?

    Hi,

I presume that this is the jotform that you are getting errors with?

    http://www.jotform.us/form/21362916084150

If that is true I do not see any payment integrations being added to the jotform.

I would suggest taking a look here to see how you can integrate your jotform with PayPal in a very short time http://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms

It will present your products properly and allow you to quickly add, update and remove any new or old products.

If you have any issues setting it up, do let us know and we will do our best to help you set it up.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Actually, it's not for integration - it is for my subscription to JotForm itself.  I was on autopay, and it's not working at all and now saying I'm delinquent

Thank you for clarifying the problem about your jotform subscription to paypal more.

I checked this and found that your subscription had failed when we attempted to bill you. Your billing history shows that this has happened a few times followed by failure each time roughly a month later. I see that this became a problem as of mid July.

I have fixed your account and removed the downgrade. Perhaps this problem is the result of the old defunct subscription and reactivating it each time has possibly only contributed to that sustained issue.

So what I would like to recommend now is going into your account and cancel your old subscription. You can then initiate a new one to see if that resolves it. It will reassign you to a new subscription which you could try using paypal to see if that helps or you could choose one of our alternative payment methods

Additionally, to my knowledge in order for your paypal subscription to function correctly you must have funds in your account along with a up-to-date and verified funding source enabled such as a bank account or credit card.
