Attachments : how long JotForm keeps them ?

    Dear all

     

    Can you indicate us how long you keep the attachments of submissions ? And so, how many time the link on the attachments works ?

    Hi,

    We store attachments until you delete the submissions they are attached to.  The link will work as long as you don't remove the submission.  We will never remove any of your files or submissions.
