I'll be using the forms I build on jotform for patient intake for a medical practice through my website. The Info has to be secure. My web site is not SSL secure so if I understand the Faq correctly I will have a link on my site that takes the patient to my form. Which type of submission is this considered? Does this count as a standard submission or SSL secure submission?
And am I correct in assuming this will be completely secure?

Even if your site does not have an SSL certificate, you can still embed your forms as secure, either by linking out (Pop-up) or by inserting the form's isolated codes (Embed <> or iFrame). Just make sure to select the secure form checkbox in the Embed Form Wizard.
The submissions for it will be counted as a secure submission. The form will be called out as a secure page, using JotForm's own SSL certificate. Also, you are correct, SSL embedded forms are as secure as can be.
We hope this post clears your issues with regard to SSL forms. Kindly let us know if you have further questions about this topic. Thank you very much for choosing JotForm as your form builder!

I have a secure form that I created and have not embedded the form because my site is not secure...so I provided a link to the secure Jotform page.
The problem I am having is when I look at the records on Jotform...of the 251 submissions on that secure form, only 83 are recorded as secure submissions?
It is essential this info is being delivered in a secure environment...any idea why only some would reflect as secure submissions?

You actually have several forms in your account. The submissions counter actually counts the form submissions for all forms. Please ensure that you have used the secure embed code in all of your forms, i.e. https://www.jotform.com/form/<11-digit form ID>
Please confirm if this is the case.
- umhlangaAnswered on September 30, 2011 at 06:47 PMYes I have used the secure form “https” link on the forms I need to be secure and am now very concerned that despite having double checked and confirmed that I have selected this, I am still not having my sensitive information sent this way. Please advise.
Also…I need to change the credit card linked to my account but cannot seem to find anywhere in my account settings that this can be done?
Also having a problem using wrappers to display my forms in Joomla. When I make change to the forms they do not show up in the wrapper? I have gone so far as to delete the wrapper and redone the link to a new wrapper completely and it still does not show the updated form. I have cleared and purged my cache to try and correct it but still no joy??? Please help.

The numbers displayed on your account status reflect only the submissions for the current month. When the month ends, those numbers are reset to zero.
However, seeing that your form "Appointment Questionnaire" has more than 300 submissions made on a single month, your account status should have displayed that number and not 83 or something around that number.
For us to help you solve this issue, may we know the URL's of the exact webpages in which you have embedded the form? This is so we can inspect your embed codes and check if you have embedded the form securely. Note that you may start a new topic and set it to private if you do not want others to see it.
As for your other queries, please open new threads so as to avoid confusion and to not veer away from the topic of this discussion thread. We will be waiting for the new threads.
Thank you very much and have a great day!
- umhlangaAnswered on October 01, 2011 at 02:19 PMHi Neal,
The forms are being used on www.lbmg.us (you will have to register to view the forms) but they are all being displayed through “wrappers” o they are in fact being viewed and completed on JOTFORM.

When you submit your form, does it go to https://www.jotform.com? If so, it will be counted as a secure submission. You can also see it yourself. Make a submission and then refrest your My Forms page.
