Feature request: add information text for fields

Second it would be nice to have info text for each options in a radio group. Example: http://www.nhp.nl/banksparen/index.php?product=8

I fixed this by using html in hover text, see radio group "U wilt een offerte voor", but info buttons would be nicer.

Maybe this is possible with the image element, but I could not make it happen.

Just to clarify, you would like the ability to add extra information to your fields in the form of an extra button or symbol.  In the case of the form you referenced, the question mark to the right of the radio buttons:
