Is there an include all code for email responder to include all fields?

Having this code would greatly simplify one of our uses for jotform.

We are using a jotform in an app for ios/android.  So we don't want to change the link to the form each week in the app.  So each week we edit the form fields to fit for the notes for the coming week.  Which means we also have to change the fields in the responder email.

So if there was a code to include all it would make it half the work.

    Does that make sense?

    Hello UnionChapel,

It seems I have understood your question correctly. When you edit your form every week to add/remove form fields, you need to also update the email alert as well. Is that correct?

Well the easiest solution of your problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. You do not have to manually change the email alert template. When you add a new email alert in your form, it will always include all the form fields you currently have in your form. The following guides should help you:

    Delete email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Add email alert: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Add auto-responder:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
