I have the code you sent, but can’t find the SMTP Account Wizard.

Hi,
It's on the same section where you have added a custom sender email address.
Just click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Open Notification
On the Sender E-mail drop down list, click Add a Sender Email like on the image below. You should be able to see the SMTP Wizard after that.
