    I am receiving submissions on a link I have disabled?

    If a link to the form is removed the form is still active and can be used as normal from the JotForm link.  If you could please let us know the form you are receiving the submissions for that is disabled, we will be happy to have a look.  If it is not disabled, we can help you make sure that it is.

    I checked your jotform and it is indeed disabled.  However, there are some incomplete payments associated with it that when complete, will appear as a new submissions if someone completes them:

    Other than that, your form is inaccessible and unable to receive new submissions.

    If you receive any more submissions that are not associated with incomplete payments, let us know and we will be happy to look into this further.
