A sub-account of mine, email@example.com, was able to run reports successfully last year. This year, they are trying to run reports off my shared form "2014 Walking With Purpose Registration" and they are not able to to get past the select field drop down box. They click next and nothing happens.
I tried running this report on my account and it works. They reported the issue and Jotforms told them to ask me to adjust the permissions. The had the same permissions as last year when this work so I tried to give them permission to edit the form as well. This permission is not working. They cannot edit the form and they still cannot run reports. Can you please resolve this issue as these reports are critical to their operations. Thank you. Lorraine

I see that there an Excel report generated by you that can be run by sub-user as well. But, the sub-user cannot add new reports since they were given permission only to view submissions through the reports added by main user.
I was able to generate the Excel report by using the existing Excel report from the sub-user account. I've also tried creating a Table report from the main account and able to run the report from sub-user account.
