Pending Payment Email Notification Not Working

    The Payment Pending Notification is not working.


    The options that are listed to choose from are: "No", "Notifiers Only" or "Notifiers and Auto Responders".

    I have tried setting my form to "Notifiers" and "Notifiers and Auto Responders" but it still I do not get an email sent to me.

    After testing it, I can see I have (8) Incomplete Payments but never got an email notification.

    What is wrong?

    **It should be as easy as answering "Yes" or "No".

    I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Next Level Support.
