How to add the delivery charge with flavors chosen

What I mean is that I need to add the delivery charge with flavors chosen. How to do it.

I do not wish to make the purchase by paypal, only select the neighborhood and show the value. This value must be added with the other flavors of pizza.
See the example below:

The value appears in the rate only when the mouse step. As you leave the static value.

Unfortunately it is not possible to dynamically add any price in the payment question. Can you please explain your conditions in which the shipping amount needs to be added and we will take a look if there is any workaround available.

The payment of freight is by neighborhood. You can place the freight charge with adding some flavors. example: 

 

Neighborhood: Village 

Delivery Rate: 1.00 <- This value

v 4 Seasons $ 30.00 <- With the sum of that value 

      amount 

v 2 Cheese $ 27.00 

    1 quantity 

Total: R $ 31.00 

 

02 flavors of pizza, the price charged is the pizza of greater value. Remove the Delivery Rate field before the total if you can do as above example.
