I have required fields at the top of my form. If you miss any of these required fields but continue to the end of the form and hit submit nothing is happening (no required field warning) and yet there are required fields at the top of the page that are being flagged but you cant see them because your down at the bottom of the page. Shouldn't a message pop up or show u down by the submit button to let you know that you missed a required field at the top of the page? How do I fix this?

Sorry about that.
This is being caused by the Form Separator Widget which apparently has a conflict with the required fields error script.
Copy of your form without the form separator widget: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42661374024955
The required fields error seems to show up as expected:
This needs our developers attention - and I've opened a ticket so that it can be addressed.
We shall update you when a fix is available.

Is this an issue that can be fixed? If so, what would be the timeline? I sent out this form to over 100 people and it seems that I will now have to resend it once the problem is fixed but would like to try and get a timeline for this.

I am sure our developers would fix it. However, the support team cannot tell you an exact timeframe for this. Our developers would update this thread is the bug is fixed.

I have been working on a work around to fix the problem until your team can fix it on the back end. What I did was remove all the Form Separator Widgets and used a graphic instead. This seems to have done the trick except for one more small issue. If you don't fill out the required fields and click submit the page jumps up just a bit but enough so you cant see the error message. Any idea if this can be fixed? I made the change on a cloned form which is in our My Form area.

The issue has been fixed, and you can use the form separator widget on your form with no issues.
Kindly let us know if you experience further issues.
